MBC Every1′s variety show program, “Weekly Idol”, has celebrated their third anniversary by inviting 100 idols to their show.
The episode for this third anniversary will be aired on the upcoming July 23, a special red carpet session will be also aired.
The first one who entered the red carpet, duo hosts Jung Hyungdon and Defconn commented: “Today is the third anniversary for program that was started only for six weeks. This is the new history for idol program.”
On the preview pictures, three of BEAST members – Yoon Doojoon, Yang Yoseob and Son Dongwoon – are seen posig together on the red carpet. Their agency’s family, BTOB and Apink also spotted in the picture. Other artists like Lee Jonghyun and Kang Minhyuk of CNBLUE, AOA, 4Minutes, Got 7 and many more were also said to be attending the show’s recording.
“Weekly Idol” has been selected as one of the favorite program that brings popular idols to their show. This show even selected as the second most favorite Korean TV show in Indonesia after SBS’ “Running Man”.
To tease fans more about this special episode, a picture of Doojoon gave Jung Hyungdon a kiss on his cheek also uploaded on the show’s Twitter account. So, make sure not to miss the star-studded episode of “Weekly Idol” this Wednesday at 6 p.m. KST.
